PROBLEM :
Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul (PTKS), one of Maharashtra's largest athletic sports complexes, needed a centralized platform to broadcast sporting events, celebrate Hall of Fame achievers, and distribute training media.
Off-the-shelf video embeds lacked institutional branding, provided no synchronization with their mobile apps, and suffered from poor mobile playback controls.
Facility management had no administrative tooling to publish tournament schedules, manage media access, or coordinate event video highlights across both mobile apps and public web portals simultaneously.

Designed and coded a custom HTML5 video player featuring responsive touch gesture scrubbers, multi-speed controls, event markers, and adaptive quality streaming tailored for high-motion sports footage.
Built tournament media tagging workflows that enable sports coordinators to quickly categorize event footage by sport, athlete, and medal category.
