Vibhuti Insurance Brokers managed multi-line coverage portfolios spanning Motor, Loan Protection, Pet Insurance, and high-value Diamond Jewelry coverage. Operations were throttled by disconnected spreadsheets, fragmented branch communications, and manual policy issuance prone to typographical errors.
The firm secured an exclusive insurance partnership with Surat's Diamond King Savji Dholakia's brand (Kisna Jewels) to insure diamond jewelry at retail point-of-sale.
